Supraton colloid mill is from a cooperative company of ENH Engineering A/S in Denmark--the BWS in Germany. It is cost effective and can meet the demands of manufacturing all kinds of modified bitumen emulsion except for SBS modified bitumen emulsion.

The direct-couple motor design equipped with customized prolate axis is convenient, practical, and simple in structure. As a kinetic colloid mill, Supraton B300.4.0.4 consists of multilevel stators and rotors homogenizing teeth with radial slots. The speed of the teeth can be 45m/s, while the shearing clearance between teeth is less than 1mm.

The homogenizing teeth design enables high shearing efficiency and high transportation ability, leading to the production capacity of 10t/h.
